Terms of Service

The rules for using F4Stream.com. Please read them before you upload or share a video.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of F4Stream.com: the website, the video player, the embed and share links, the API and every related service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, uploading a video or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to accept these Terms.

  • Give a valid e-mail address and keep it up to date: we use it to verify your account, to reset your password and to answer your tickets.
  • Keep your password, recovery codes and API tokens secret. Everything done with your account or one of its API tokens is your responsibility; we recommend turning on two-factor authentication in your account settings.
  • One person may hold one account. Accounts may not be sold, rented or transferred.
  • Tell us straight away through our contact page if you believe someone else has access to your account.

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything that is illegal where you or your viewers are located;
  • upload malware or files that are not videos, or use the Service as a general file store or backup;
  • generate artificial views or traffic (bots, scripts, paid traffic exchanges, auto-refresh pages, pop-unders opening the player) or otherwise manipulate statistics or earnings;
  • get around a limit of your plan, an embed restriction, a playback token or any other security measure;
  • scrape the Service, overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities or interfere with its servers and networks;
  • harass, threaten or impersonate any person, or use the Service to send spam.

The following content is never allowed and is removed as soon as we become aware of it:

  • any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors in any way – we report it to the competent authorities;
  • sexual or intimate content published without the consent of every person shown in it;
  • content that reveals another person's private information without their consent;
  • content that promotes terrorism, depicts real violence to glorify it, or shows cruelty to animals;
  • content that infringes the copyright, trademark or other rights of somebody else (see Copyright).

Videos that break these rules may be removed without notice and the account behind them may be suspended or closed.

6. Your content and licence

You keep all ownership rights in the videos, titles, thumbnails and subtitles you upload. To run the Service you grant F4Stream.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, encode (for example into adaptive HLS renditions), cache and deliver your content, and to show it through the player, share links and embeds – on our own domains and on the domains you choose to embed it on. The licence ends when you delete the video, apart from copies kept for the short periods described in Video retention and our Privacy Policy.

When a file you upload is identical to one already stored on the Service, we keep a single copy and add it to your library without uploading it again. Each account still controls only its own video entry: its title, visibility and links.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you upload, and that viewers may watch it where you publish it.

Videos that are not watched are deleted automatically. How long an unwatched video is kept depends on your plan:

  • Free: deleted after 90 days without a single view.
  • Premium: deleted after 120 days without a single view.
  • Premium Plus: kept for as long as the account exists.
  • A deleted video – by you, for inactivity or by us – disappears from the player at once and is erased from our storage servers after 7 days.
  • Uploads that are not completed within 48 hours are cancelled and their partial files removed.
  • The Service is not a backup. Always keep your own copy of every video you upload.

In the Earn mode you are paid for qualified views of your videos at the rate of the viewer's country, up to $45 per 10,000 views. The current rates are published on our home page and in your earnings settings; we may change them for future views at any time.

  • Only qualified views are paid. Views through a VPN, proxy or Tor, views with an ad blocker and views beyond 1 paid view per viewer every 24 hours are counted in your statistics but not paid. Watching your own videos while signed in is not counted at all.
  • Earning is activated for each account by our team, on request. Until it is, and whenever you choose the Own ads mode, your own ads (direct links and / or one ad network script) are shown in the player alongside ours, and those views earn nothing from us.
  • On the free plan, viewers with an ad blocker are always asked to turn it off; paid plans may disable this.
  • Earnings from artificial or fraudulent traffic are not paid. We may withhold the balance of an account that breaks the Acceptable use rules and close it.
  • You can request a withdrawal once your balance reaches $10. Payouts are made in cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin) to the wallet address saved in your settings and are reviewed by our team before they are sent. Check the address and network carefully: crypto transfers cannot be reversed and we are not responsible for funds sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
  • You are responsible for any taxes due on what you earn.
  • Premium plans and add-ons are paid in advance, in cryptocurrency or from your earnings balance, for the period you choose. The prices and limits of each plan are listed on the Premium page.
  • A plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed and ends at the end of the period paid for; it does not renew on its own.
  • Because a plan is available immediately, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or when we cannot provide the plan at all.
  • When a plan ends, the limits of the free plan apply again, including its rules for unwatched videos.

We respect the rights of copyright owners and respond to valid notices of infringement as described in our DMCA Policy. Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content are closed.

You may stop using the Service and delete your videos at any time. We may suspend or close an account, remove videos or limit access to the Service, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if your use puts the Service, our users or third parties at risk. Videos of a closed account are deleted as described in Video retention.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it fast and online, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any content will never be lost. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, F4Stream.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, revenue or profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. You agree to indemnify us against claims of third parties caused by content you uploaded or by your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Significant changes are announced on the website. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
